Elaine Hoover is the Secretary and Billing Clerk for the firm. She was born in New York, grew up in Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Elaine joined Michael C. Black, P.A. firm 15 years ago. She handles the billing, accounts payable and receivables for the firm. She also assists with general office duties, acquiring medical records, initial call screening for personal injury cases, and provides all support necessary from pre-litigation through trial and the conclusion of the case.

She enjoys working with clients and assisting the legal team in all aspects of the case.
